Ahhh, the mythical Sasquatch. It’s big. It’s mysterious. It’s…barrel aged and delicious?

That’s right, this beast is all beer, baby!

The cryptozoologists at 903 aged a luscious Milk Stout base in oak until it took on a complex woody character. And thanks to additions of coffee and coconut, it’s teeming with decadent flavors.

Imagine chasing a mounds bar with a shot of espresso, and you’ll have a good idea of what’s in store. Roasty malts should ripple underneath, accentuated by hints of coconut cream and vanilla.

Just sasq-watch out for the silky-smooth 12.3% ABV, or the world might start looking as blurry as bigfoot footage.

Coconut coffee, absolutely delicious. I have a nespresso machine and a new iced coconut coffee flavor recently came out, coincidentally shipped to my house in the same week I received this beer. They taste strikingly similar, but the 903 version was actually an improved version (not to mention the fact that it's a beer and not a coffee, lol). I enjoyed this very much and looking forward to new similar releases featuring coconut! Hopefully there will be more for the summer :)

Aroma of sweet milk chocolate along with roasted malt, light coconut, and light vanilla. Taste follows aroma with coffee notes popping up mid taste. Notes of coconut and oak on the finish. Richness overpowers the roastiness a bit.

Rich sweet chocolatey and coffee flavor. With a bit of a boozy bite but not as strong as a bourbon barrel. Nothing crazy, but great quality here.
