About This Beer
This is a modern Oktoberfest Lager — light, bright, and slightly bready. Not the amber-hued Marzen-style Lagers you would find at the festival a century ago, but a crisp, crushable brew like those served at Oktoberfest today. pFriem set out to create a beer that genuinely reflects the brews you’d find in Munich, and they nailed it.

Really liked this beer if the score didn't tip my hand! A bit light in appearance for a marzen by my experience but the flavor persists. One of the best lagers I've had in a while. As my friend said, I could drink this all night long at a polka dance party!

it’s a straight up marzen - Bavarian lager. so it tastes like a bread-y lager. definitely not the best marzen I’ve had. was expecting more/better.

This was the best beer in the whole batch of beers that I got. Hands down. I brought it on my trip to New Orleans and shared it with a couple of friends, it was so good that I regret bringing it AND sharing. No bitter aftertaste, really smooth but really airy and just...it was such a delight to drink.

Am I early? Or am I late? edition. Honey malty sweet and crazy smooth. pFiem is so good. This is super clean with some crackery balance. Terrific Oktoberfest lager.
