Tasting Notes
Take a sip, and you’ll understand why. Layers of rich malty sweetness fold into notes of dried dates and brown sugar. A kiss of marmalade follows before finishing with a touch of balancing bitterness from the addition of domestic hops. Excellent balance in aroma between toffee, caramel and am herbaceous hop. Slight cherry tootsie pop. Thin body but intense with great toffee, cherry and very subtle biscuit. Herbal, green tea bitter creeps in to put all to a halt

Strong boozy aroma... Beautiful caramel color...very smooth with strong notes of toffee and caramel. Little bit more bitter than I would like.
