About This Beer
Rather than just doing a simple rebrew for their seventh anniversary, the Colorado cone legends at New Image updated their fan-favorite IPA, One.
This time around, they added some hops to the boil for more structure and brightness. They introduced Citra Incognito during fermentation for more saturation and dry hopped cold for even more hop expression.
Tasting Notes
Succulent, tropical aromas erupt out of every pillowy pour. Nuances of juicy mandarin lead into waves of candied mango. Vibrant pineapple tones swirl underneath met by a hint of spruce for a refreshing finish.

Very green, funky, potlike hops. This says cannabis and some oniony notes in a full heady way. Mouth feel is very creamy and amooth and just draws out the vegetal potlike notes. Tasty

Bursting with super dank, tropical aromas. Clean, soft mouthfeel, although there’s a little DDH bite. Juicy notes of tangerine, mango, and some apricot. Fantastic.

Juicy, dank, piney aromas. Soft, hazy, plenty of hoppy resin, and solid, bitter finish. Not bad at all.

Good but a bit of grapefruit, and I'm not a grapefruit fan.
