About This Beer
To craft this treat, they started with an easy-drinking base of German Pilsner and Vienna malt. Then they loaded it with fresh Chinook cones from Pedersen Farms in New York.
Tasting Notes
Luscious notes of candied citrus and ruby grapefruit surge through every sip. Hints of melon and soft, verdant pine swirl underneath balancing the sweet fruit nuances.

Not a great example of a fresh hop beer. Generic and unflavorful.

Like a lot of ales (pale and india pale), these days,
it’s too hopped up. The balance is off.

Nice pine/spruce hop aroma and flavor with light citrusy character. Old-school West Coast Chinook hops. Nice balance with light bitterness. Medium bodied and fairly smooth. Sessionable. 🇺🇸🇮🇱
