Dry appley dry light funk dry deliciousness, apple champagne bubbly and tannic white grape crush.

Tart and bubbly, strong apple flavor at first, but then settles into a dry, white grape that's dangerously drinkable. Lingers with a sweet, honey/mead-like character that lasts forever.

was surprisingly enjoyable as I am not one for champagne style drinks.
