Bottle Logic — one of the most traded-for Stout makers in the world — teamed up with the award-winners at Listermann Brewing for a new, ooey-gooey coconut-caramel dessert beer. 

The last time these two juggernauts joined forces, they won a GABF Gold medal in the Imperial Stout category!

They knew they had to collaborate again to see if they could out-do the last brew. So, they set out to create something even more decadent.

For today’s Out of Melee Range Imperial Pastry Stout, the dynamic brew-o boiled the malts an extra long time to thicken the mouthfeel until it reached chocolate fountain viscosity. Next, they cranked up the ABV to a head-spinning 11%. Then, they masterfully disguised all that booze with real coconut, bittersweet cacao nibs, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, and lactose. 

One sip, and you’ll agree that they pulled off the improbable task of out ‘decadent-ing’ their Gold Medal winner!
