About This Beer
For this refresher, the P3 crew dry hopped the brew with Saphir for all the herbal tones you’d expect in a crispy boi. But they used oat in the base for additional richness and a gorgeously silky mouthfeel.
Tasting Notes
Floral aromas perfume the air with each golden pour. On the velvety sip, nuances of crackly baguette and a spritz of lemon flow into notes of oat and honey. Wafts of wildflower and grass carry before a clean, snappy finish.

smooth on the front palate with a slight sweetness mixed in half
way through. finishes clean with a touch of melon. almost too balanced, nothing snapping out but tasty no doubt.

Strong spicy/herbal Saphir hop character with some definite grainy aspects. Lightly smooth from the oats.

Very solid lager given some nice body via the oats.

Very bready (oaty?) on the nose. Pretty basic tasting lager.
