You can’t see the Pacific Ocean from North Carolina, but you sure can hear the Pacific Thunder. Or at least, you can hear local craft fans talking about it. 

Like @Mark J. who calls this brew “tropical. Heavy dankitude!” Or @Michelle D., who took one sip and declared it, “perfect on this beautiful summer night!”

That’s no surprise for a Hazy IPA from Heist. This crew actually introduced the style to Charlotte, and they’ve been on the cutting edge of the local scene ever since.

And with beers like this, they’ll stay right at the head of the pack! To make it, the brewer swirled in massive amounts of Strata, Nelson Sauvin, and Citra Hops. 

First, they brewed the beer with all 3 hops, then dry-hopped with all 3. Finally, they used just  super dank Strata and grapey Nelson Sauvin for a second dry-hopping to really crank up the cannabis-like notes and bold flavors of fresh berries and crisp white wine!

Plus, you get all the tangy tangerine and hints of tropical pineapple from the Citra Hops, making for a seriously complex cloudburst of hoppy flavor to drench your tastebuds.
