About This Beer
Every year, the GABF gold medalists at Bottle Logic and Great Notion team up to make Paisley Cave Complex. Aged in bourbon barrels and loaded with blueberries, cacao nibs, and marshmallows, reviewers call it "one of the best Pastry Stouts I've ever had" and "maybe my favorite beer ever."
Tasting Notes
Expect the smooth sips to flow with berry-inflected s'more flavors. Malts and mallow collide into a gooey rich bed, providing a pillowy landing spot for a cannonball of chocolate-covered blueberries drizzled in hints of whiskey-kissed caramel.

Not a bad stout but didn’t expect the blueberry to be soo strong. Still had that boozy bourbon taste with chocolate but blueberries is all I got at the end. first stout with fruit flavor and most likely my last
