About This Beer
After a year-long stint in 12-year-old Elijah Craig Barrels, we anticipate finding the same deep flavors and cask complexity we’ve come to expect from this mythic brew.
Tasting Notes
Look forward to Bing cherry and fresh French press coffee notes swirling alongside subtle nuances of smooth vanilla and coconut. Faint woody tannins should linger on a bourbon-y finish for a taste of oaky caramel.

Parabola strikes again. For four years now, this beer has been distinct and incredible. Every year the geniuses as FW find news ways to bring barrel flavors home. Love this series.

Thick foam head, smokey charred oak and roasted coffee aromas with toasted coconut and cocoa nibs notes, sweet black cherry, caramel, dark chocolate, and coffee tastes with a hint of vanilla, creamy, and a bitter and warming Elijah Craig bourbon finish.
