About This Beer
Side Project crew started with a blend of Barrel Aged Imperial Stout and Missouri Imperial Stout. They infused it with “loads of” Oreos and vanilla beans, then finished it with a restrained addition of fresh mint leaves for a fudgy sipper with refreshingly herbaceous aromatics.
Tasting Notes
You can look forward to rich, velvety sips that dish up indulgent devil’s food cake notes up front. Expect a subtle minty flourish on the back end, gaining in presence as the beer warms. All throughout, creamy vanilla nuances will keep it so smooth the 12% ABV is likely to come as a surprise.

Rich chocolate and sweet vanilla, develops into Oreos (slightly bitter chocolate and sweet cream), and bourbon, finish brings authentic mint that tastes like thin mints. Very sweet (this is definitely a pastry stout), but all flavors perfectly balanced.

Full, super dark, but not thick. It’s smooth with a sophisticated bite. Mint with chocolate cake taste. It’s a big strong stout, but smooth AF.
