About This Beer
Remember — Mardi Gras is a marathon, not a sprint! Keep it light and take it (big) easy with Parish’s classic, fan-favorite Pilsner — but all decked out for the festivities with a specialty can you can only get during the Mardi Gras season!
Tasting Notes
Shimmers of sliced pear and honey drizzled nuances coat the toasted biscuit base. Wafts of wildflowers and herbs float in behind before a finish snappier than a toe-tapping trumpet solo.

A good tasting Pilsner. I normally don’t order this style but was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the fresh bread notes and enough noble hop flavor to meet my bitterness needs.

Not the best of Parish’s beers, nor the best pilsner, but it does the job. It’s always been a rather Kölsch-like lager to my palate.

So honey-sweet and syrup-rich. Just delicious, even as it continues getting a tad warmed from the sun.
