Tasting Notes

Hazy golden pour, small creamy white head settles out. Big fruity nose, a little bit of everything; stone fruit, tropical, citrus and a little dank thrown in for good measure. Taste starts with some zesty citrus, bready malts, pineapple, apricot. Dries out towards the finish with a little lingering buzz. Full bodied.

Evening chores edition. Not overly familiar with topaz, but I like it a lot. Lots of sweet, zesty fruity goodness. Some limey pith to balance and linger.
