About This Beer
For Passion Vacation, the crew at Pondaseta started by brewing a luscious IPA with Kveik yeast — an ancient, Norwegian yeast that creates shades of sun kissed fruit. Then they gave it a massive dry-hopping with Azacca, Mosaic, and El Dorado Hops for even more island paradise nuance. Finally, they refermented the brew on actual passion fruit, turning this juice into tangy, tropical punch!
Tasting Notes

Hmmmm. There is a lot of fruit taste in this. A whole lot. Reminds me of Juicy Fruit gum. I prefer dry drinks
to sweet but I am digging this. A lot.
