About This Beer
To make this stunner, the crew at The Rare Barrel took a Golden Sour Ale and aged it in oak barrels until it reached just the right balance of tart, funky, and flavorful. Then they conditioned the beer on passionfruit and pineapple.

Very tart, with rich, funky depth. A punch of pineapple upfront, finishing with notes of passionfruit.

Oak blending perfectly with big yummy natural pineapple flavor. Lesser passion fruit. The best tropical pineapple sour I’ve had. Astounding.
