About This Beer
To make it, the crew started by aging a velvety Imperial Stout base in 15-20 month bourbon barrels, letting it luxuriate in lavish whiskey-oak nuances. Then they conditioned it on decadent additions of marshmallow, walnuts, and REAL CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM!

Each sip is like a hand-spun milkshake with a deceptively bold 14% ABV! Silky mallow sweetness and nutty nuances beautifully accentuate the rich chocolatey goodness and roasty malts. A subtle kiss of bourbon and barrel char lingers on the finish, adding incredible depth to the desserty flavors upfront.
