I am VERY particular about how I like my PB&Js.

To make this snacktime sipper taste like the real deal, the brewers conditioned their Pale Wheat Ale base on gobs of creamy peanut butter. Then, they dropped in a sticky-sweet spread of blueberries and strawberries for a jelly-like juiciness. 

Jammy blueberries burst onto the palate upfront with a slight hint of tanginess before giving way to the silky swirls of peanut buttery sweetness. And the Pale Wheat base ensures each sip drinks soft like fresh brioche all the way through to the finish.

No joke — it’s that cafeteria classic made exactly how I like it. Only, Ingenious transformed it into a crushable brew for grownups!

It’s this kind of creativity and expert execution that makes Ingenious the talk of their hometown. Houstonia Magazine calls them “the Most Adventurous Brewery In the Houston Area,” and credits them as major players in making the city a beer destination!

Which only makes every nostalgic bite — er, sip of PB&J Wheat that much more delicious, if you ask me.
