About This Beer
For this highly sought-after annual release, the GABF medalists at Taxman started with Tripel brimming with spicy phenols and fruity esters. Then they accented it with citrus peel and coriander before aging it in peach brandy barrels for gorgeous nuances of luscious stone fruit and vanilla oak.
Tasting Notes
Caramelized peach and dried apricot lead the sip with a hint of tangy orange zest. Swirls of spice and soft oak rise after in an elegantly tannic finish.

Very nice, as always from Taxman. Not a lot of peach, but still a really nice barrel aged triple.

Really good flavors, I buy it when I see it!! There is a ton of head on it though

Amazingly peachy with a strong brandy taste as well.

Can tell it was brewed with care, but the flavors were absolutely not for me. Brandy notes were a bit extreme.
4.0
Wonderful for peach lovers! Strong flavors, and wicked ABV. 4/5 because it should come in a boomer. Haha

Medicinal. Terrible.

Tastes scarily close to hard alcohol, very weird

Light peach on the nose. Brandy and tripel in the mouth. Nice, but not Taxman's best.

The peach and brandy notes really made this Belgium tripel an engaging experience. Made me wish I had added more to my order.

Woah I really like this, great peach brandy flavor. I actually didn’t think I was going to care for this one that much

Amazing peach flavor and aged quality.

I have to say I really adored this one. And maybe it might not rate as highly if it was priced like a lot of Belgian Tripels, but this was lo cost, smooth...and reminiscent of peach brandy...but in a good way. If it wasn’t for the 9% ABV this would be one of my favorite new sippers this year.
2.5
Tie between the peach flavor and the alcohol burn. With banana esters and a brut dry finish. Interesting, but I don't need more, unless I want a quick buzz...

A little like drinking peach flavored cough syrup.
So after letting this warm up, the flavor was much better.

If you want Brandy I a can with peach notes, this is it. At 9% you better share. If not, drink it while you sit down in your most comfortable chair.

Not really my thing. Kinda like drinking syrup.

I was so ready for this to be my favorite beer ever. I mean, come on, Belgian Tripel and peach - two of my three favorite tastes together - what's not to love?!? Turns out the peach is stronger than I'd prefer (yes, I actually typed that phrase) and when combined with the 9% ABV, the flavors are out of balance.

I was hoping for more. It’s not a bad beer but something throws it off.

This thing hit hard! In taste for sure, but also in feel. I almost wouldn't believe it's a beer based on taste bit had a strong brandy opener with a nice peach finish. This is the first beer I've tried through Tavour that I wish I could order consistently

Too much fake peach flavor. Great base a hint of oak vanilla!! Good late summer beer!! Not to heavy!

Fantastic. Peach is right up front above the grains and spice.
