About This Beer
To create Pernis Apivorus, Kyle Harrop started with a luxurious Imperial Stout base crafted with meadowfoam honey. Then he let it mature in William Larue Weller Bourbon barrels for 69 months before transferring it to Honey Hawk Mead barrels for an additional 9 months.
Tasting Notes
Look forward to intricate notes of honeycomb covered in fudgy chocolate. Toasted marshmallow undertones should add a luxurious vanilla note, while lingering layers of top shelf bourbon and wood char invite you back for another sip.
