A Note on This Beer

Only 358 of you will get your hands on today’s 2017 Vintage Perisca.

This barrel-aged Palisade peach Sour comes straight from Crooked Stave’s GABF award-winning cellars.

The brewery allowed these bottles to mature under optimal temperatures for over four years to awaken its tart and oaky complexities to their full potential.

It will shine just as bright in your beer collection as it will on your dinner table. The brewery raves Perisca 2017’s rustic, sweet and tangy peach character pairs well with Jasper Hill Cellars Harbison cheese with washed-rind, chicken pâté & pancetta, and citrusy ceviche.

If you’re lucky enough to snag one, we think it’s worth saving for a special occasion.

The wild beer funk with the sweetness of the peach rounds out this vintage treat.

Tart, effervescent, not too sweet. Could use a little more Brett but very good.

Bright peach slam, with golden sour backbone that's quickly replaced by dry Brett and oak notes. Lingers with subtly-sweet peaches and a hint of funk.

nice color of straw and oeaxh. softness on the palette. light sour on finish with peach flavors. it’s about ideal for the high expectations I can have for a wild ale with fruit. I can hope for more but wouldn’t risk it; darn near ideal, well done!
