When my alarm buzzes, all that can peel me from my sheets is a warm mug of coffee. But this creamy Coffee Stout has me reconsidering my allegiance to plain ol’ joe — I’m ready to make Peruvian Sumo my new daily staple! 

To build a thick, strong body, the brewers at Austin Brothers left the base in the boil for four hours. Then, they added Peruvian coffee, cacao nibs, and Madagascar vanilla bean to the mix and let everything mingle for five days. 

The resulting Imperial Stout is full of big, bold coffee flavors up front, rounded out by chocolate and vanilla sweetness on the back end. It’s like the creamy iced mocha of my dreams, made all the more appealing by a well-hidden 11.4% ABV. 

I’m not the only one lovin’ it a latte: craft fan @Mike W. calls it “complete perfection!”
