About This Beer
To make it, the two teams combined a blend of spontaneously fermented dry Ciders with a barrel aged Farmhouse Ale. Then they conditioned the brew on osmanthus flowers and grains of paradise.
Tasting Notes
We’re expecting a complex mix of flavors, with sweetly floral aromas wafting over notes of tropical fruit, estery banana tones, and hints of ripe stone fruit. Crisp apple nuances should usher the way to a bright, effervescent finish.

This one is funky in the best possible way. Could clearly taste the Basque cider and funky farmhouse saison. Loved it and will look to get more.

Hazy lemonade appearance, floral aromas with a hint of ripe banana and tropical fruit, effervescent, crisp apple cider and stonefruit flavors with a hint of oak, and a subtle tannic finish.
