About This Beer

This IPA base contains 2 row, pilsner, oat, wheat, and chit malt. The wort was mash hopped with saaz hops. Then citra, el dorado, and Phantasm powder added to the whirlpool. The beer was then dry hopped with motueka and cryo el dorado on day one of fermentation. This process of using Phantasm powder and hops at various stages helps maximize the amount of thiol precursor which contribute to the delectable tropical flavors.

Tasting Notes

Take a sip, and flavors of candied guava and sliced mango cut through a pithy grapefruit spritz aroma. Delectable notes of blueberry jam and overripe melon cruise through a lush, pillowy body from the malts. Finally, a splash of banana and pear lingers on the tongue.

I was excited for this based off the description but all I am getting is slightly sour ipa. maybe it took too long to get to me.

Corona mixed with Blue Moon. Lime hammock, tan frisbee, beachy orange brew. Texture makes me think of mimosas, and spilling on a trampoline.

Long days edition. But this is a juicy fruity sweet pick me up. Mellow and mild, but complex and sweet berry flavor packed. Delightfully thinner in a thick haze world. Clean finishing with a lingering melony sweetness rather than any bitterness to finish
