About This Beer
This IPA base contains 2 row, pilsner, oat, wheat, and chit malt. The wort was mash hopped with saaz hops. Then citra, el dorado, and Phantasm powder added to the whirlpool. The beer was then dry hopped with motueka and cryo el dorado on day one of fermentation. This process of using Phantasm powder and hops at various stages helps maximize the amount of thiol precursor which contribute to the delectable tropical flavors.
Tasting Notes
Take a sip, and flavors of candied guava and sliced mango cut through a pithy grapefruit spritz aroma. Delectable notes of blueberry jam and overripe melon cruise through a lush, pillowy body from the malts. Finally, a splash of banana and pear lingers on the tongue.
