About This Beer
The Seattle team allowed this Bavarian-style crispy boi to lager for 35 days, giving it plenty of smoothness and snap.
Tasting Notes
Every pale, golden pour opens up with fresh aromas of biscuits and honeysuckle. On the sip, hints of rising dough and citrus zest lead into a touch of grassy bitterness ahead of a clean finish.

Crisp, bready, and light. A summer sipper that has a light straw color. You could easily drink a few unlike heavy beers. Refeashing and a little bitter.

Nose is yeasty, floral. Pours clear, light golden w/robust head. Clean, crisp mouthfeel. On the palate, more hoppy than expected w/pine notes most prominent along with subtle grapefruit. Moderately bitter for a Pilsner. Nice.

The standard of what easy drinking should be. Crisp, not filling and crushable. Glad I picked up six of them.

A well-crafted German-style Pilsner, balanced between clean malt and a floral hop finish. It’s one of those beers where great technical skill underlies its seeming simplicity. An excellent rendition of the style; an easy-drinking anytime, anywhere beer.
