A Note on This Beer

I like my Pilsners to pack a little something extra. A little flair, a little pizzazz, a little kick of fruitiness!

That’s why Main & Mill’s Pilsner with Galaxy Hops is so out-of-this-world delicious. It’s just as crisp and quenching as a classic Pils, but the brewery dry hopped it with passionfruit and peachy Galaxy Hops to really push it over the top!

These hops are one of the most sought-after varieties used in juicy IPAs, but this might be the first time I’ve tasted them in a Pilsner!

The tropical flavor just hits the spot! I could watch football and crush Galactic Pils all Sunday long. Come to think of it, I better snag a few more for Thursday and Monday night games.

Not my favorite Main and Mill effort. Not crisp, not clean. Seemed muddied up. Not kind to the nose either.

Very bitter. Didnt like the galaxy hops. I feel like the beer relied too heavily on the galaxy hops and neglected all other flavors. Ended up pouring it out.

Really awesome label art! Real high carbonation level. Aroma is Pilsner malt and fresh green hops. The flavor has a strong pils malt backbone with the hops showing earthy and green herbal character. After two hours of leaf removal, it’s pretty refreshing!
