A Note on This Beer
When life gives you lemons, make lemonade. And, if you’re a creatively-driven brewery and life hands you pineapples, you make a summery, sweet-tart Pineapple Gose.
Pineapple Finesse was a surprise blessing for the brewmasters at New Jersey’s Four City Brewing. They opened their doors a year ago — just months before the world stood still. But, the pandemic gave them room to experiment with a pineapple Gose. Their taproom regulars — comfortably seated outside — went WILD for those succulent summertime flavors.
Over the summer, it was only available on tap and in growlers — but the rave reviews from fans convinced them to can this baby up properly for Tavour members around the country to enjoy.
And, we’re sure happy they did! There’s no WAY we’re gonna miss out on that crisp, juicy flavor from 80 lbs of pineapple per barrel! Citrusy coriander and pink sea salt add a slightly savory-sweet finish, like a freshy-shaken, salt-rimmed, pineapple margarita.
Just listen to what these pineapple-crazed fans are saying on Untappd!

- “It’s like a pineapple gummy bear drowned in this beer, so delicious” @Chris G.
