About This Beer
Aslin coined the term AVIPA for this 18.4% ABV brew, dry-hopped once each with Citra, Galaxy, Nelson, and Mosaic, and then once more with the hole kit and caboodle. You’ll want to enjoy a beer this special Pinkies Up!
Tasting Notes
Proceed with caution: these sips are surprisingly smooth for such a heavy hitter. Hints of peach rings and tangerine blend with berry and pineapple nuances, while a resinous finish grounds the tropical tones. It’s like eating a fruit cup while strolling through a pine forest!

was expecting a 120 bomb, but was pleasantly surprised. it has a very boozy, imperial vibe that I really loved. still had the citrus notes that an IPA would have. great job

think Burnetts vodka with a ipa wash. perfect for when you run out of OE1800 or your kid mixed your freezer vodka with too much water.

18% abv? why? I guess there was good flavors there for such a high abv, but after swig #2 I couldn’t taste much anyway. I won’t rush back for more. unless it comes in 10oz cans instead of 16

Labelled a "quintuple IPA". 18.4% ABV is absurd. Tastes sweet, with a strong alcohol afterbite, like when you take a shot of tequila or something. Smoother than I imagined

BTHO Vandy! edition. This is the biggest beer I think I’ve even ever seen. Goodness. Big ABV punches you on the way in and all the way down. Bit much for me. Almost slightly flavored vodka.
