I’m just going to say it: I friggin’ love New Image’s name for their pastry-inspired Sour Ale Series. “Pint Cake” absolutely captures the sweet decadence of these brews; each one tastes like a baked treat whipped expertly into boozy beer form! 

I mean, just look at today’s Pint Cake: Apple Pie. 

The brewers crafted this dessert-worthy Fruited Sour with the kind of rich ingredients that would make a baker jealous. They loaded it with crisp apple juice, creamy vanilla, lactose, sultry cinnamon, and nutty-sweet almond flour for authentic fresh-out-of-the-oven apple pie flavors! 

Each sip goes down softly, like a fluffy pastry crust. Some citrusy tartness comes in on the finish too, like the lemon juice my grandma used to give her apple pies a tangy kick. 

I’m spending the holidays at home this year, and unlike my extended family members, I’m not much of a baker. So, I know what after-dinner delicacy I’m grabbing extra of! Hint: it starts with “Pint Cake.”
