About This Beer
To craft this monster, the wildcards at WeldWerks started with a Sour base before layering it with pistachio and jasmine rice. Then they gave it a creamy accent with plush marshmallows and velvety milk sugar.

There is a moderate amount of sweetness due to the addition of vanilla and marshmallow, yet kept in check from the signature - if subtle - nuttiness of lightly salted pistachios. The body is crisp and clean, and not the smoothie-style I was expecting.
