About This Beer
The award-winning ciderhouse began with a base of freshly-pressed Northwest apples. Then they swirled in a celebration-worthy amount of Pacific Northwest blueberries and elderflowers.

Nice balance of sweetness and acidity. Love the smell of elderflower. Taste was floral at the beginning with aftertaste of berries with a hint of elderflower. Touch of pomegranate.
