About This Beer
Holy Mountain began this DIPA using a grain bill of 2-row, Pilsner malt, malted spelt, flaked barley, and malted oats kettle hopped with a (holy) mountain of Mosaic, Galaxy, and Strata.
Tasting Notes
Juicy berry and tropical fruit tones cascade through every soft sip, dousing your taste buds in waves of bramble fruit, mango, and pineapple. Pops of guava and blueberry follow, weaving into peach and pine ripples on the tail end.
