About This Beer
For Project Blackwing, the J. Wakefield crew teamed up with haze masters at Beer Zombies. The duo double dry hopped a pillowy soft base with massive amounts of Galaxy, Mosaic, and HBC 586 for bright bursts of nectar.
Tasting Notes
Luscious waves of pineapple swirled orange juice, ripe peach, and mellow berry surge through every sip. A pinch of pine and pepper rise on the end in refreshing contrast.

DCB. I mean, #CanArt edition, amirite?! This is hop sweet, candy orangy. Awesome collab with tropical hops and super smooth. Rich and clean.

I say that lots of beers are tropical but HOLY SHIT this is tropical. Like pineapple juice with a beer aftertaste

To me this tasted like an imperial dialed down a few notches. I’m not a big fan of imperials (there are exceptions), but the flavors are on point and bitterness is moderate. I really like this brewery’s beers.
