About This Beer
For the seventh edition in their Provence series of French- and Belgian-inspired table beers, Side Project teamed up with their friends at Big Heart Tea Company.
The duo infused an oak aged Missouri Saison base with Big Heart’s Blushing Tea blend — a tangy melange of hibiscus, lemongrass, and tulsi — and conditioned it with red and black raspberries.
Tasting Notes
Look forward to a harmonious marriage of bramble fruit, zesty citrus, and tart, tropical floral tones. And under those vibrant nuances, hints of hay and earth ought to balance the taste.
