About This Beer
The crew at Logsdon Farmhouse Ales knows a thing or two about crafting incredible mixed-fermentation beers. Now, they’ve switched things up by taking the base Saison from their top-rated Peche ‘n Brett, and aging it on locally harvested Yummy Beaute plums!
Tasting Notes

nice farmhouse funk. I like how plums play with those flavors as well

It’s good — not show-stopping, but good. The brettanomyces are much lighter in this, pretty well balanced by the soft subtle plum flavor. A little tart, a little sour, a little acidic, but it’s kind of nice, just requires sipping.
