To craft this seasonal stunner, the Oklahoma crew started with a Sour Ale base. Then they gave it a little autumnal flair with pumpkin spice and gooey toasted marshmallows. 

Each sip starts refreshingly tart and crisp before easing into the rich, cinnamon-y flavor of a slice of pie all topped with whipped cream. Only, it’s better than all that ‘cuz this pastry was baked with a bold 8.2% ABV!

And I’m not the only one who loses my gourd over this sweet-tart dessert! UT tasters are calling it the “perfect sour pumpkin!” and the “best pumpkin anything!”
