Tasting Notes
The first full-bodied sip coats the palate in warm caramel sweetness, with hints of clove spice and anise peppered throughout. Another sip reveals whiskey-laden cinnamon and oaky vanilla, with a hint of dark cherry.

Nice dark Belgian quad. Very complex flavors with toffee and molasses, caramel, raisins, and some other fruity esters I can't pinpoint. This is very boozy and a beer to share for certain. Definitely a slow drinker. Great try if you're into big boozy beer.

Tastes of Caramel, whiskey barrel aged & oak. And it's blended beautifully into that classic Belgian quad (slightly acidic) taste.

Great! Thick but not bad. Can taste the spicy barrel and subtle sweetness of dark fruit such as fig.

Canned 04/21/21. Malty sweet-ish strong boozy aroma and flavor. Way too light bodied for 11.8% with a warming finish. 🇺🇸🇮🇱
