About This Beer
This 12.3% ABV behemoth can only be described as “straight-up hop candy.”
Hop candy that was double dry-hopped an astonishing 14 times.
That’s not an exaggeration — Sig’s head brewer Jeff Stokes put an insane amount of tropical juice-soaked El Dorado, Citra, Strata, and Mosaic Hops into this pillowy-soft powerhouse. According to him, it’s the “most hops, the most malt, and the most love we have ever put into a beer.”
Tasting Notes
Every sip bursts with tidal waves of sumptuous passionfruit, candied orange, nectarous mango, and drippy lychee flavors. With each full-bodied swig, I feel like I’m sippin’ on a spiked mango smoothie garnished with a bit of orange zest in the middle of the Bahamas.

Wow this beer’s passion fruit and lychee was off the scales. Well done! Sweet but not sugary and without meaningful bitterness.

surprisingly smooth for 12.3% quad IPA. dank, boozy stone fruit flavors

Not bad, but not very enjoyable. Almost no head, very faint aroma, very sweet upfront and unbalanced with the hops.

Its Very smooth and dank up front, but something sure seems off on the finish. Its a little bitter and slightly smoky and I can't just tell what its supposed to taste like

Passionfruit. Candied orange. Lychee. Mango. Dank resin. Sweet, smooth, and full-bodied. Deceptively drinkable; if you don’t search for it, the ABV will sneak up on you. I wish I had bought more.

This is outstanding - definitely hop candy with plenty of juicy fruit flavors. Next time I will buy the maximum allowed.

big hop candy flavor - citrus and red fruits. honey and light caramel makes this a surprisingly sweet sipper. wishing for a dryer finish. fun, but one and done for me

surprisingly smooth. hoppy and citrusy, with a bit of a bite aftertaste, but not nearly as bad as the abv would suggest. this was definitely interesting. but unique and a nice drink.

very very sweet. not in a citrus way just perhaps from the 14x dry hopping process
but overall a nice juicy hazy. couldn’t drink more than one can at a time.
