A Note on This Beer
It would take me 11 hours and 56 minutes to drive from my home in Seattle to By All Means Brew Lab in Billings, Montana. I’ve strongly considered biting the bullet and hitting the road.
Because, out of 1,850+ microbreweries nationwide, By All Means just recently took the #1 spot on PorchDrinking’s ‘What We’re Drinking’ list! If their brews are what these discerning palates crave… then, by golly, they’ve got to be good.
After a few crisp swigs of today’s Witbier, I FULLY understand PorchDrinking’s mission to fill their fridges with By All Means’ beers. These highly-skilled, experimental brewers crafted today’s Radiant Aura with a bountiful blend of orange zest, kveik yeast, wheat malt, and Indian coriander!
Each sip sparkles with flavors of tangy lemon, lip-puckering citrus, and just a bit of nutty warmth from the subtly spicy coriander. The silken body drinks smooth all the way down with light, malty notes that balance out the fruitiness and keep things easy-drinking, all day long.
With this palate-pleasing can in hand, the only thing missing is a little sunshine, an ice-packed cooler, and a couple craft buddies to share it with. No 12 hour road trips required!
