My in-laws spend every Thanksgiving at their timeshare in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Whenever I brave the bitter cold to check the mail on Turkey Day, I’m greeted with a postcard featuring white, sandy beaches and the cheeky greeting, “Wish you were here!”

This refreshing Fruited Sour is based on the Painkiller cocktail — a blend of pineapple, orange, coconut, and rum. To make it, the mixologists at Deciduous added tons of succulent pineapples, juicy oranges, creamy coconut, and a dash of nutmeg.

Each sip makes me feel like I’m lounging in a hammock without a care in the world, instead of stressing over how long it takes to cook a 10 lb turkey.

Deciduous crafted it with heaps of oranges, passionfruit, and limes, so every sip is like watching a ruby sunset over the Pacific Ocean.

The brewers stuffed it with plump blackberries, tangy blood oranges, tart cherries, and sweet n’ juicy peaches. A swirl of creamy lactose gives it a melt-in-your mouth texture, like a drippy popsicle on a summer day.
