The Cycle crew aged a rich, chocolatey base in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels for over three years, infusing the Imperial Stout with all the delectable nuances of spirit-soaked oak.

We’re looking forward to inky pours overflowing with mocha notes and whiskey caramel. Velvety sips ought to coat the palate in fudgy dark chocolate flavors studded with nuances of silky vanilla, dark fruit, and roasty espresso. And we expect some lingering bourbon sweetness well beyond the finish.
