About This Beer
To make it, the crew started by brewing a base with local malts and burlap-aged hops. Then they fermented it with their house cultures in foeders before transferring to oak barrels for further aging. Afterward, they let it referment for 3-4 months on black and red raspberries courtesy of River Ridge Organics, then bottle conditioned the brew for a snappy, effervescent mouthfeel.
Tasting Notes
All that patience and attention to detail, combined with the high-quality ingredients, clearly paid off. Each sip is absolutely divine, with jammy brambleberry notes beautifully blending with the vivid tang and barnyard funk. A whisper of oak lingers on the backend, brilliantly deepening the rich flavors.
