About This Beer
The Elder Pine crew got together with their friends from the band Autumn Burns Red to craft this pure-bred German-style Pilsner to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of the album Rescue & Restore.
They began with a base of German-grown Pilsner malts then trained this puppy on Saaz and Hallertau Blanc Hops for all the noble nuances you expect in a top notch refresher.
Tasting Notes
Each crisp swig swirls with orange blossom and white grape nuances on top of biscuity malts. The bready tones bound over hints of freshly-cut grass, followed by a subtle, lingering sweetness in the tail end.
