About This Beer

The Brewing Projekt brews this creamy, sweet, and tropical juicebomb with lactose and vanilla, plus 30 lbs of pineapple and nearly 4 lbs of toasted coconut per barrel! A healthy dose of Citra and Mosaic Hops adds even more citrus-pineapple flavor, making the 7.2% ABV beer version of a Piña Colada!

This beer was terrible, it tasted like sunscreen and sadness. I like piña coladas too but this was terrible. Usually I love everything that comes from the brewing projekt, but this one was two thumbs down. Down the drain it went.

Intensely sweet beer. I’d waited for this one and had high hopes. This is the only IPA I’ve had that made me violently ill halfway through. I dumped it out and drank something else later.

Flavor is amazing! Exactly as they describe. Only issue for me is its a bit too sweet. Other than that, no issues!

I imagine this is a love it or hate type beer. I love it! So flavorful with the pineapple and coconut. It tastes as close to a piña colada as you’re going to get without having an actual piña colada.

You can really taste the pineapple and coconut. Definitely tastes like a pina colada. It is very sweet and that took some getting used to.

This delicious pineapple coconut treat lived up to it’s billing. Yes, it may be a little sweet but if you love a Pina Colada you’re also going to enjoy this mimic in a beer. I just wish I had purchased more of it.

Had really high hopes for this, the Double Vanilla milkshake IPA is of my all time faves. But the coconut and pineapple flavor just tastes too fake. Not a fan.
