About This Beer
The Belgian brewers began with a blend of Lambics with a weighted age of 20 months. Then they conditioned it for about three months on 200 grams per liter of fresh Serbian raspberries. After that, they combined the blend with additional one-year-old Lambic before finally bottle conditioning it.
Tasting Notes
Every spectacular sip starts out tart, with notes of underripe berries plucked straight from the cane. As it lingers on your palate, the taste blooms into layers of homemade bramble fruit jam with undertones of saddle leather and damp hay. And because the medium body comes with a lively natural effervescence, it finishes bright and snappy.
