About This Beer
Hop Butcher crafted it with a mix of Simcoe, Citra, and Talus Hops giving the crisp, clean body hints of sap, citrus, and florals.
Tasting Notes
This new-school West Coast IPA tumbles out of the can with delicate spring blossom aromas that careen toward hints of honeysuckle and grapefruit juice on the sip. Bouncing berry and peach nuances wheel over a touch of resinous pine before plunging into a pithy back end. The subtle accent of crushed rose petals in the finish makes this a uniquely delightful Westie.

good ipa but not anything “wow” going on. the rose petals make it different but they don’t add a whole lot.

Floral and woody hop aroma and flavor. Not a Talus fan. Not really bad but one and done. 🇺🇸🇮🇱
