About This Beer
The celebrated Colorado brewers say that this brew “stands out compared to all the other plum beers that we’ve released from the 2023 harvest.”
To make it, they began with a soft, oat-filled Farmhouse Ale base aged in oak barrels. Then they conditioned the brew on whole Ruby Kat pluots — a sweet, juicy hybrid between a plum and an apricot.
