And trust me, if Captain Jack Sparrow got a taste of this stuff, he’d forget all about the booze. Thanks to a full year in rum barrels, this brew brings all the Caribbean-tinged flavors of rum cake, vanilla bean, and cinnamon that a pirate could ask for.

I was looking forward to this after enjoying some of pFriem’s past barrel aged beers. This one missed the mark with me, the rum flavor with the strong porter was almost off-putting. I didn’t enjoy this beer very much.
