The Masthead crew crafted this incredible Imperial Stout with locally roasted coffee beans from Six Shooter Coffee, and let it mature in exquisite rye whiskey barrels!
Tasting Notes
Stunning mocha notes beautifully accentuate the roasty backbone, with rich hints of raisin and caramel swirling underneath. Lingering oak and rye spice nuances follow close behind, helping keep that 13.% ABV astonishingly smooth!

Solid coffee stout that has more bourbon and raisin/ dark fruit profile than coffee. Overall mouth, nose are solid and quite enjoyable. The lack of coffee drops the rating for me but overall a very solid BA beer.
