Tasting Notes

Hop on the Ryeway to Heaven, and you’ll taste decadent notes of toffee, fig, maple, and bourbon swimming among the rich, lightly-spiced body. The team brewed it with 60% rye, giving the unforgettable Ale its distinct malt taste! It sings with harmony from the bourbon and rye barrels in which it was aged, and every sweet sip finishes smooth and dry.

rye wine is life. reminds me of barley wine without the plum, fig, and date notes. nice imo. cinnamon spice, maple sweetness, and sweet barrel notes.

Syrupy but average body. Caramel and toffee flavors. Aromas are strong and very inviting. Very smooth for the ABV, but that could just be the aging.
